Refrigerated Dryer ZANDER is a world leader in dryer technology for compressed air and gas systems. The Ecostar Series Refrigerated Dryers use unique twin-tech heat exchangers which, when combined with the high-performance ZANDER microfilters, provide 35° to 38° dew points and the lowest pressure drops in the industry. The Ecostar dryers employ Traptronic II automatic solenoid drain valves to remove moisture from the compressed air system eliminating the need for centrifugal separators that do not work efficiently except under full-flow conditions. The Ecostar line comes complete with many standard features yet can be customized to meet each customers' needs. KM/KEN Adsorption Dryer The ZANDER KM / KEN Series Heatless Adsorption Dryers are now available in the U.S. The K series adsorption dryers are fully automatic, easy to install and can provide pressure dew points to -95°F. The unique ZANDER block valve design makes the dryers very dependable and extremely compact. With the addition of integrated microfilters and the series AKM/N charcoal adsorption tower, the KMA or KEA purification package removes all particulate, oil and water in liquid and vapor form (.01 micron @ 99.9999% efficiency) and even taste and odor from the compressed air and gas stream to .005 ppm. Now, technically oil-free air is available regardless of the compressor! Add the Ecotronic dew-point control and the KMA/KEA package is one of the most energy efficient dryers in the industry. The Sunsep dryer is suitable for applications from 1 - 28 scfm and is perfect for OEM applications, laser equipment, precision instrumentation, laboratories, robotics and many other point-of-use applications. The dryer is maintenance-free and, because it is a non-porous hollow-fiber membrane that does not deplete oxygen and nitrogen content, it is ideal for use in breathing air applications.
