Ecodrain The unique ZANDER Ecodrain is the ideal drain to remove condensate effectively from compressed air or gas systems without wasting any system air or gas. The "Drain with a Brain" uses a float mechanism to actuate a solenoid valve-when the solenoid is activated, the condensate is purged; however, when the float drops down the valve closes before any valuable compressed air or gas can escape. The alarm mode informs a plant engineer if there is a problem with the system and the Ecodrain's dry contacts can be wired to a maintenance program or a remote compressor shutdown in the event there is an emergency. High Pressure Auto Drain ZANDER has once again developed a state-of-the-art product for users of high-pressure air and gases. The ZANDER Traptronic-HP Automatic Drain Valve relieves the high-pressure air & gas user from the responsibility of draining filters and separators manually. This high-pressure timer drain is a snap-drain (.1 second duration) that utilizes a pneumatic actuator to operate a ball valve. The drain is rated to 1,000 scfm @ 6,000 psig, is manufactured from stainless steel, brass and Viton® and is completely field adjustable for frequency of opening. More Information coming soon... |

Traptronic II Drain The ZANDER Traptronic II Solenoid Drain Valve is an important part of any compressed air system. As condensate is produced and collected by aftercoolers, separators, filters and dryers, it must then be eliminated effectively from the compressed air system. The Traptronic II solenoid valve uses a low-wattage (7 watts) Class H coil with Viton® internals. The ¼" Traptronic has a 7/16" orifice and the 3/8" and ½"drains have full ½" orifices. The timer allows the user to program the frequency and duration of each valve opening and there is a test button to check the operation of the drain. More Information coming soon...
